All Patrons will have to enter
the base via the BLUE GATE 200 yards passed the
main gate off of Belle Chasse (Highway 23), Louisiana. All Cooking Teams
will still enter thru the front gate with their parking passes. Parking
will be on the Tarmac. All patrons will have to have valid driver's licenses,
registration, and proof of insurance upon entering the gate. All patrons
will pass through security checkpoints prior to entry to the hanger.
Cooking Teams will be allowed
ONE vehicle pass only for parking near the hanger. Entry
to the base will be from the front gate of the base off of Highway 23
Belle Chasse, LA.
Cooking Teams
MUST set up on Friday February 15th. No team will be allowed
to bring in their cooking equipment and supplies (except meat) on Saturday
morning. Meat used in the cooking of your chili can be brought in on Saturday
in a cooler.
Patrons
WILL NOT
be allowed access to the event with backpacks, coolers, cans, glass, alcohol,
pets, tents, bicycles, roller blades, skates, skateboards, cooking equipment
(except for cooking teams on Friday February 15th) or weapons of any kind.
Folding chairs, blankets and
handheld umbrellas will be permitted.
Still and video cameras will
be permitted during the event, but film should not be loaded prior to
entering the base. Security may require these compartments to be opened
at checkpoints prior to entry. Photography will be restricted to the event
only.
